The terms on which you may use the TEVVO Academy website and enrol in our programmes.
These Terms of Use govern your access to the TEVVO Academy website and your enrolment in our programmes. Please read them carefully alongside our Privacy Policy.
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a TEVVO Academy programme, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
This website is operated by TEVVO Academy, trading as TEVVO Academy, with its registered office at Second Floor, WorkEz, Sm Towers, Seevaram 1st cross St, Seevaram, Perungudi, Chennai, Greater Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600096. References to “TEVVO”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that entity.
Our programmes are intended for learners aged 18 and over. Learners under 18 may enrol only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
Some programmes list prerequisites. Where they do, you are responsible for confirming that you meet them before enrolling. If you are unsure, speak to a learning advisor first.
Where a programme requires an account, you agree to give accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Accounts are personal to you. You may not share, transfer or resell access to a programme, and we may suspend accounts we believe are being shared.
Programme fees, duration and inclusions are set out at the time of enrolment. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Your place on a programme is confirmed once we receive the agreed fee or the first agreed instalment. Where an instalment plan applies, you agree to pay each instalment by its due date. We may suspend access if an instalment is overdue.
We may revise fees for future cohorts at any time. A change in fees does not affect a programme you have already paid for.
Our refund terms are:
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days. To request a refund, write to info@tevvoacademy.com.
Programmes are delivered live and instructor-led, online, according to the published schedule. Recordings are made available for revision where a programme includes them.
We may reasonably change the schedule, trainer, platform or delivery order of a programme. Where a change is material, we will tell you in advance.
Access to materials and recordings is granted for the period stated at enrolment and is for your personal, non-commercial learning use only.
Certificates are issued on satisfactory completion of a programme’s attendance, assessment and project requirements. Each certificate carries a verification ID.
Certificates issued by TEVVO Academy are our own credential. Where a programme prepares you for a third-party or vendor certification, that examination, its fee and its outcome are governed by that third party, and passing it is not something we can guarantee.
We may revoke a certificate obtained through misrepresentation or academic dishonesty.
Where a programme includes placement or career support, that support may cover portfolio and résumé review, interview preparation, and introductions to hiring partners.
Placement support is not a guarantee of employment. Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers and depend on your performance, the roles available and market conditions. We do not promise a job, a salary, or a specific number of interviews unless a separate written agreement says so.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, without refund.
All content on this site and within our programmes — including curriculum, slides, recordings, exercises, project briefs, assessments, text, graphics, logos and the TEVVO name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
Enrolling gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the materials for your own learning. It transfers no ownership and grants no right to teach, republish or commercialise them.
You keep ownership of the projects, assignments and other work you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, review and assess it for the purpose of delivering your programme.
If we would like to feature your work — in a showcase, case study or marketing material — we will ask for your permission first.
You are responsible for making sure the work you submit is your own and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Our site and programmes may link to or rely on third-party tools, platforms and cloud services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We provide our website and programmes with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, they are provided “as is” and we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific learning, career or financial outcome will follow.
Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial or career advice on which you should rely without your own judgement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, income, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or our programmes.
Our total liability to you in connection with a programme will not exceed the fees you paid us for that programme.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our services, or your infringement of a third party’s rights.
You may stop using the site at any time. Cancelling an enrolment is governed by Refunds and Cancellations.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if fees are unpaid, or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at info@tevvoacademy.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Changes do not retrospectively alter the terms of a programme you have already paid for.
