Corporate Training

Training built around your stack, not a catalogue

Programmes designed for your team's actual technology and actual gaps. We start from what your engineers ship today, not from a generic syllabus, and we measure whether the training changed anything.

Delivery[ONSITE / VIRTUAL / HYBRID]
Duration[e.g. 6 WEEKS]
Cohort size[e.g. 15-25]
Assessment[INCLUDED?]

What makes it different

Built on your stack

We teach against the languages, cloud and tooling your team already uses. Transferable examples are easier to write and harder to apply.

Baselined and measured

Capability is assessed before and after, so you can see what moved rather than relying on satisfaction scores.

Sized for discussion

Cohorts kept small enough that engineers can raise their real problems and get them addressed in the session.

Scheduled around delivery

Sessions fit sprint cadence and release windows. Training that derails a release does not get finished.

What you get

  • Pre-programme capability assessment
  • Custom module plan for your stack
  • Instructor-led sessions with practitioners
  • Hands-on labs using your tooling
  • Post-programme assessment and report
  • Manager-level capability summary

How it works

  1. 01
    Discovery

We meet your engineering leads to understand the stack, the gaps and the business driver.

  2. 02
    Baseline assessment

Your team is assessed so the programme targets real gaps rather than assumed ones.

  3. 03
    Programme design

Modules, duration and schedule agreed against your release calendar.

  4. 04
    Delivery

Instructor-led sessions with hands-on labs, run onsite or virtually.

  5. 05
    Measure and report

Post-programme assessment, with a written summary for engineering leadership.

Who it is for

Engineering teams

Close specific capability gaps without pulling people off delivery for months.

Technology leaders

Get evidence of capability change rather than attendance records.

HR and L&D

Run a technical programme with measurable outcomes you can report on.

Common questions

Where it is documented and we can access a sandbox, yes. Otherwise we teach against the closest public equivalent and map the differences explicitly.
Both work. Onsite tends to suit intensive weeks; virtual suits distributed teams and longer part-time formats.
A capability assessment before and after the programme, reported at cohort level. We do not treat satisfaction scores as an outcome.
The baseline assessment surfaces that, and we either stream the cohort or adjust the entry point. Mixed cohorts fail when the spread is ignored.
