Team Assessments

Find out where your team actually stands

A structured capability assessment across your team, benchmarked and reported at cohort level. Useful before committing training budget, during restructuring, or when you suspect the gap is not where people assume.

Format[ONLINE / SUPERVISED]
Duration[e.g. 90 MINUTES]
Team size[NUMBER ASSESSED]
Reporting[COHORT / INDIVIDUAL]

What makes it different

Evidence, not self-rating

Assessment is practical and scored. Self-reported confidence correlates poorly with capability in either direction.

Reported at cohort level

Findings are framed to guide training decisions, not to rank individuals, unless you specifically need individual reporting.

Targeted to your stack

Assessed against the technologies you use rather than a generic skills taxonomy.

Actionable output

The report ends with a recommended training priority order, including where no training is needed.

What you get

  • Practical scored assessment
  • Cohort-level capability report
  • Gap analysis against your stack
  • Recommended training priorities
  • Optional individual reporting
  • Debrief session with your leads

How it works

  1. 01
    Define scope

Skill areas, technologies and the decision the results need to inform.

  2. 02
    Calibrate

Assessment tuned to your stack and the seniority mix of the team.

  3. 03
    Run assessment

Delivered online, supervised or unsupervised as agreed.

  4. 04
    Analyse

Results scored and benchmarked, with gaps identified by area.

  5. 05
    Debrief

Findings and recommended priorities walked through with your leads.

Who it is for

Leaders planning training budget

Spend against measured gaps rather than assumed ones.

Teams after reorganisation

Understand the capability mix you have ended up with.

Organisations hiring at scale

Establish a consistent internal benchmark for capability.

Common questions

Not by default. Reporting is at cohort level to guide training decisions. Individual reporting is available if you have a specific need for it.
Typically a single session. We keep it short enough that participation does not become the obstacle.
Yes, though supervised assessment gives more reliable results. We will flag the trade-off when you choose.
Then we say so and you keep the budget. A report that recommends training regardless of findings is not worth commissioning.
