Career Counselling

One-to-one guidance on where to actually aim

A structured conversation about your background, constraints and goals, ending with a specific plan rather than encouragement. Sometimes the honest answer is that the path you had in mind is the wrong one.

Format[1-ON-1 SESSION]
Duration[e.g. 45-60 MIN]
Mode[ONLINE / IN PERSON]
Cost[FREE?]

What makes it different

A real conversation

Not a questionnaire and an automated recommendation. An advisor who asks about your constraints and listens to the answers.

Grounded in the current market

Advice reflects what employers are actually hiring for now, not what was in demand three years ago.

Ends with a plan

You leave with a specific next step, a timeline and an honest view of the effort involved.

Willing to redirect you

If a shorter or different path serves you better, the advisor will say so, including when it means we sell you nothing.

What you get

  • One-to-one advisor session
  • Background and skills review
  • Realistic role and salary context
  • A written next-step plan
  • Programme recommendations if relevant
  • Follow-up session if needed

How it works

  1. 01
    Book a slot

Choose a time; sessions run online or in person.

  2. 02
    Share context

A short form on your background, so the session starts with substance.

  3. 03
    The session

Discussion of goals, constraints, market reality and options.

  4. 04
    Get your plan

A written summary with a specific recommended next step.

  5. 05
    Follow up

A second session if your situation changes or you want to check progress.

Who it is for

Students choosing a direction

Narrow a wide field to something specific and achievable.

Professionals considering a switch

Test whether the move is realistic before committing time or money.

Anyone feeling stuck

Get an outside read on why progress has stalled.
